These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of merahhealth.com (the "Site") and the Merah waitlist. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site lets you join a waitlist for a forthcoming health platform. It is informational only. Products, pricing, timing, availability, and founding benefits are still being developed and may change or may not launch. We will share details by email as we get closer to launch.
Content on the Site is general information about what Merah intends to offer. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. Any future clinical services will be provided by US-licensed physicians based on individual evaluation. Always consult a healthcare professional about your health.
Founding benefits — such as founding pricing, early access, and the referral program — are offered to people who join before launch and are subject to the specific terms in effect at launch. The referral program lets you improve your position by inviting others; it offers no cash payments, and we may modify, limit, or end it, and disqualify activity that appears fraudulent or abusive, at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to join the waitlist.
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Site and its content, including the Merah name, brand, text, and design, are owned by Merah and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merah and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Site or the waitlist.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Merah is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
